Next year will mark the 20 year anniversary of Thai Foon at Darling Harbour, which is testament to her success both as a restaurateur and a businesswoman. Her culinary team of Thai chefs create dishes that emphasise the fresh and spontaneous style of Asian cooking, marked by seasonal ingredients and balanced flavours. It is Warinda’s belief that “Flavours are most intense when the produce is at its freshest.”
